Roasted Poblano and Jalapeño Cottage Cheese Crema - I originally started making this sauce/dip because I was looking for a Chuy’s dupe of their white sauce/salsa. This tastes so similar! It makes a great dip to accompany chips and salsa. It is also so flavorful that you can put it atop grilled meat such as pork, carne asada, chicken, or grilled salmon!
