3 Go To Ninja Creami Recipes
My Ninja Creami Machine was one of those purchases where I can say, TikTok Made me do it! When I look for Options to Freeze and Test out, I am looking to keep things lower in calories and higher in protein. Otherwise, I would just buy a tub of ice cream! So, here are 3 delicious low calorie options for you to test out.
Chocolate Mint Cookie
Ingredients:
1 - 14oz Chocolate Core Power High Protein Milk Shake
4 Mint Oreo Thins
Fruit Loops
Ingredients:
1 - 8 fl oz Fruit Loops Carnation Breakfast Essentials Drink
1 Package of Fruit Loops Cereal Jumbo Snax
Blueberry Vanilla
Ingredients:
1 - 11 fl oz Vanilla Premier Protein High Protein Shake
3/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries
All of these bases to your Ninja Ice Creams will need to be frozen for at least 8-12 Hours or longer. If they have been in your freezer for at least 24 Hours, you will want to bring them out of your freezer for 10-15 minutes before you blend them up. Sometimes if I am in a hurry, I will run hot water over them from my sink for several minutes before blending. I have always missed my “Protein Shake Creami’s” on Light Ice Cream mode. Normally, they will always need at least one more round in the machine on “ReSpin” mode. When I do my first respin, I will add 1-2 tablespoons of Almond Milk before I respin it. 50% of the time, I only need 1 respin, the other 50% of the time, I need a 3rd spin/2nd ReSpin. This is now the time you can add your Mix Ins. For the Chocolate Mint Cookie, I crushed up the Oreos before using the mix-in feature. For the Fruit Loops, I just tossed them in the cup and stirred them in. The Blueberry Vanilla, I blended the shake and the blueberries together with a hand mixer before freezing. If you like things on the sweeter side, the Blueberry Vanilla Creami, you will want to add a tablespoon of honey or a packet of sweetener or sugar to make it a touch sweeter.
I hope you enjoy making these!
